No. I just think the wrong message is sent to the enemy when you have Senators, congresspeople and the media sympathizing with the enemy and undermining the war effort from day one. It just emboldens the terrorists in my opinion.
I agree with you completely, freeperfromnj. I knew that is what you meant. If we were all united against terror -- and we know what terror is in comparison to freedom and oppression fighting -- the terrorist thugs would not be as emboldened, as you said.
Instead, they actually relay on the liberals and the naysayers to keep us divided therefore freeing them up somewhat and empowering them to go on with their murderous ways. Their messages sometimes laugh at us!
Those are the "stupid Americans" about which Al Qaeda writes. They have sadly misjudged the rest of us!
