Why, in the execution video, did all of the men have the same type of blue shirts?

Enemy combatants, or the tragic result of a fantastic K-mart special on blue shirts?

in video I see 3 blue shirts different shades of blue, one baby blue shirt and a green shirt. All laid out on the ground dead.
