No - appeals from State Supreme Courts go to the U.S. Supreme Court.

I wouldn't worry about the 9th Circus. They are NOT part of the equation. If the Dims tried it, they'd be dead meat.

There's ONLY two outcomes here: The Dems win, Fraudoire remains governor, and the state goes to Hell. OR...Election is overturned, and we vote again. If Judge Bridges gives it to Rossi outright, Dino has already said he will accept nothing less than a re-vote. He does NOT want the Governorship handed to him. He has said numerous times since the election that all he wants is for the PEOPLE to send him to Olympia...nothing and no one else.
