I always remember the Nixon girls. I guess I could relate to them. Tricia always seemed so sweet and vulnerable. I couldn't imagine how I would have felt in their place. Like you said, I would have turned hateful. Pat, Julie and Tricia had grace and class.
Jackie Kennedy always gets credit for renovating the White House; the truth is that she started it, but Pat Nixon did the majority of the work and never got credit for it.
