Not this jury. The defense strategy, I believe, assuming he's convicted, as I think he will be, is to conduct extentive post-trial interviews with the jury...to try and trap them..get thewm to say things like.."we really wanted to hear MJ take the stand"..or "or couse we heard stuff about the trial when we were at home"...and then try and get the conviction tossed out. Problem is, no way the judge can allow MJ to stay out on bail after beign found guilty..he'll reovke bail, and MJ will die in about a week..therefore, I think he flees BEFORE the verdict comes in..
