"Conservative" activism in the name of one's "right" to watch porn? There's no God-given right to watch porno flicks on Cable tv. We're not talking about God here. We're talking about whether or not the Federal government has the power to regulate what legal products a cable company can provide its subscribers.
Feel free to point out where in the Constitution the federal government has been granted that power.
