Wasn't Felt involved in some legal proceedings for which he was pardoned by Reagan? Could it be that he may forfeited part of his pension in connection with these proceedings?

Nope...pension can't be forfeited for criminal wrongdoing..there are many now in jail who get large monthly checks sent to escrow accounts..

I don't think so, for one reason the FBI klown Hansen who sold info to the KGB is receiving his full retirement which goes to his family. I know that the dems wanted to take away Ollie North's military retired pay and failed in their attempt. If I am wrong, I do not mind being corrected. NSNR
