Condeleeza Rice is a bright and hard working person. There is one tiny almost insignificant problem with your prediction;
CONDI RICE HAS NEVER, NOT ONCE RUN FOR A PUBLICALLY ELECTED OFFICE IN HER ENTIRE LIFE.
