he does want conservative judges, he voted for them - he even voted to invoke cloture to stop the filibustering of the judges - he just didnt want to change the rules in that fashion. He felt that it was not good to filibuster in that fashion, but that it wasnt against the rules to do so - so to end it, you need 2/3. So dont parade misinformation. He wants conservatives on the bench just as much as anyone else - he just doesnt want to break the rules to do it.
