Enact Bush's guest laborer proposal and they will all be legal and no one will have any problem.Using that type of reasoning, we could make dealing illegal drugs legal, and no one will have any problem. Actually, I'm opposed to rewarding anyone for violating the law, whether they be foreigners in the country illegally or Americans dealing illegal drugs.
