...if Lucas does 7, 8, and 9, Hayden Christensen will be back as a Force Ghost (remember Obi Wan in episodes 5 and 6 after Vader already killed him), and likely since Alec Guiness is dead, so would Ewan McGreggor.

Heck, he's already there. If you bought the DVD release of the original Star Wars trilogy, you'll see Christensen materialize as Anakin in the closing scene of Return of the Jedi.

Honestly, Lucas deserves to be the main course at an Ewok banquet for this sort of crap.

Yeah, I thought that was rather weird considering that you have a much older Alec Guiness standing next to a very young Hayden Christensen. Wouldn't it make sense that Anakin would appear as a ghost about the same age as he had died? Maybe Lucas thought people weren't smart enough to make the connection between Ep. 4-6 and the prequels. After all, we got lectured about how only bad people "deal in absolutes."

only in the special edition trilogy.. the original 4-5-6 trilogy it was the weightlifter guy materialized as Anakin's force ghost....
