He did wrong.
He had no business leaking F.B.I. investigative information to the press. PERIOD!
And but for the expiration of the statute of limitations, he would and should have been indicted, prosecuted, convicted and imprisoned.
You can bet that if Felt had leaked information on a 'Rat administration to the Wash Times, the MSM would have DEMANDED Felt's head on a platter.
