Not my fault you have stupid hospital policies. "If you give it, they will come" is a precept that applies across racial, linguistic, cultural, and geopolitical barriers.
All I was saying is that it is NOT federal law that a hospital ER has to treat non life threatening issues. What they do in Bellywash OK is not my concern.
