BAGHDAD, Iraq - U.S. soldiers have detained four suspected Iraqi militants, including a former Saddam Hussein intelligence chief believed to be financing insurgent groups, the military said Wednesday.
The arrests took place in Baghdad during a series of raids that began Sunday, a military statement said.
