They never should have brought those animals to soil US property in the first place. Every one of them should have had a weapon pointed in their face and they either gave up useful information or they should have been shot.

Agreed. We should never have brought them to our soil. The fact that we do, allows them certain "rights" as stated by the Supreme Court.
