Supreme Court nominee! Depends on Senate giving a up or down vote. He's telling them he consults congress, but I intend to find people of a certain mind set like I said I would.
I don't know what extrodinary means!

The President is noting that the issue of the Senate giving up-or-down votes to nominations is still "out there," and will resurface. He's going to submit moninations, and he expects up-or-down votes.

Not only does he not know what constitutes "extraordinary corcumstance" (except it isn't reflected in Owen, Brown or Pryor), he figures the Senate doesn't know what it is either.

Yes, but ... I think everyone knows it means, When the dems get an obstructionist burr under their collective saddles again. It's simply not possible to codify that, so they left an open door.
