Middle class white girls who come from screwed up families where sexual abuse or verbal abuse runs rampant seems to be the gig. Especially when the parents have substance abuse issues like alchohol or prescription drugs.

You don't see too many poor people with eating disorders as a generalization and in all the years of my exposure to the condition I've never once seen a black woman effected by it.
