This whole charade about social security reform will be shortcircuted when we confirm some good conservative judges. Such judges can declare SS illegal (along with the minimum wage, zoning laws, and other such ridiculous limitations on our market freedom).

Yes the Americans getting Social Security would howl, but they are demographically irrelevant. I think most Americans would welcome the aboltion of Social Securitiy and the minimum wage.
