Ford has publicly announced they are giving $250,000 to help build a dedicated homosexual community center in Ferndale, Michigan. Regarding their donation, Ford Motor Company Fund (funded by Ford Motor Company) President Sandra Ulsh said, "Ford is proud to support Affirmations (Gay and Lesbian Community Center) and its partners." Ford said the new center will server as a "cornerstone for the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community in the state of Michigan. It will be a place to build and nurture a more inclusive and respectful society." Obviously, Ford thinks those who do not support homosexual marriage are not "inclusive and respectful". The campaign's top gift of $500,000 came from Allan Gilmour, former vice chairman of Ford Motor Company. Never mind making a quality automobile (ex-Ford owner, 1972-1986), how about F--- Only Real Deviants? How about trying to make automobiles that the mkt wants, or is that simply too controversial these days, you stupid sods. Buy a brand name and wreck it, that's Ford these days.

The only real question for the investing class is, who the devil might BUY this silly-ass company? Left to their own devices, they're clearly going bankrupt, and the only question is WHEN.

GM at least has Kerkorian (granted, that's not much help, his deal is clearly bankruptcy-cum-breakup and sell off the assets). Who is waiting in the wings for Ford? And, IF someone is doing so, WHY, f'Heaven's sake?
