Assoming a 95,000 year BP origin, These people would have hyad to survive the Toba explosion, and carried on in its cool aftermath (without fire?).

Whatever the scenario, that must be factored in. Agreed?

Yup, Toba survivors.

I saw a program the other night on these guys (for the 2nd time), some things of note from the program: Their brain case mostly compares to Homo Erectus but, they have huge ridges (all of us have them) in the front of the brain called Brocas area 10. These are greatly oversized when compared to all other Homos.
An 80,000 year old, well worn, shell necklace was found with the remains...Homo Erectus was not suppose to have the mental capacity to make necklaces.

One argument is that they are modern humans with some 'shrinking' disease. The problem with that is that modern humans were not suppose to be there that early. We have much to learn.
