I believe this is the most positive thing to come out of France since the 1800's. I must say that I am shocked the French people expressed their concerns for what the EU was offering. IMHO this is the end for Chiraq politically.

Definitely. Chirac's ambitions just foundered upon the rocks...there is no chance he will be granted a third term.
