I dont disagree that she should be punished if it wasnt planted, only that the sentence does not fit the crime.
Especially in light of the Bali bombers getting 2 yrs.
My opinion has no bearing on the justice she will have to face, you are correct. What a stupid risk if she did carry 9 lbs around.

I do not agree she SHOULD be punished just that she will be.
That Bali bomber should also be subject to the laws he abides by: law of the jungle some how I think he will have an fatal accident in prison or when released - just a guess.
Her true crime (guilty of smuggling or just a dupe) is the choice to visit a country with absurd penalties for banal crimes. and corrupt Gov officials
