"This stupid brat . . ."
Real nice. You must be a Christian.
The next time I post sarcasm, I'll place the word SARCASM in capital letters for those with a chip on their shoulder and looking to be offended.
My remarks were a sarcastic response to a completely unsympathetic post that made the assumption that Chapelle Corby is guilty of the charges. There was no room in the posters mind that Miss Corby was set up.
And I am a Christian who is acutely aware of Christian intolerance to a great many things.

To wit: Let us say someone made a post in which they expressed how stingy they were. I am Jewish, but if I made the comment "Real nice. You must be a Jew," I would expect, and certainly get, castigation.
No anger towards ya, man. You just made a small boo-boo. Take the correction with dignity and acceptance.

The next time I post sarcasm, I'll place the word SARCASM in capital letters for those with a chip on their shoulder and looking to be offended. No chip. I'm not a Christian, but I always defend Christians. Sometimes (most of the time) sarcasm just doesn't translate as such in print. It has to be really obvious - otherwise it's just flat words on a page. Even in a novel you'd have someone say "..., he said sarcastically". Peace.
