Texas is part of the 5th Circuit. The 5th and the 11th used to be one until '85. This is a point of trivia in that the 11th upheld the FL homosexual adoption ban.

The 5th and 11th tend to sync.

I would submit this would definitly stand up to any test case.

So, you're saying if the bill were to pass the legislature, it would NOT stand up in court? In any case, I would hate to see it get that far.
