Then what you are refering to isn't really mustard sauce, it's the vinegar base with some dry mustard added for zip. I've had it, but never thought of it as a mustard sauce....

Almost all commercially prepared barbeque sauces have some mustard in them. It really enhances most foods. I make a leg of lamb that I roll in dry mustard. It's great.

It's gotta be smoke or it ain't barbecue. Sure, you can roast pig over gas fire or charcoal and have some good eating. And you might even call it bbq; but it's not.

They refer to it as "mustard-based" BBQ Sauce I believe.
