Lloyd Ruby had a fishing cabin next to ours on Lake Kickapoo near Wichita Falls, Texas, while my dad was stationed at Sheppard AFB. Roscoe Turner was born and reared here in Corinth, Mississippi. His sister was a client and before he passed away, he was a regular fixture here. His sister passed on just a couple of years ago.
