MikalD1313 seems to be an interesting poster....seems to need some examination....
Looks like the mods gave him the examination all right...
He's "banned or suspended".

Finally, let me point out that exercising the Nuclear Option to change the senate rules will require an "unfair" breaking of the Senate rules on rules changes.
Naw...... the precendent of that approach was established by the esteemed democrat Senator Byrd several years ago.

I think he would actually enjoy a big fight with the Democrats All Real Americans Love to Fight, said another George (Patton). That most certainly includes President George Walker Bush.

How in the heck could the dems use the "extraordinary circumstances" excuse on her anymore? By shear obstructionism. They'd also argue that she shouldn't be changing jobs, having so recently been put on the DC Appeals Court.

Many analysts are asking: How can Democrats credibly invoke "extraordinary circumstances" against a conservative nominee for the Supreme Court What a joke. You have to laugh when you see credibility and Democrat in the same sentence. The Dems wouldn't hesitate to declare "extraordinary circumstances" for any reason at all. They will not be constrained by this clause in the least.

Absolutely right!
So Dubya should move Janice Brown right on up to the Supreme Court, maybe all three of them ....
