Any and all reports that Kerry has signed SF 180 is bogus.

If Kerry signed it, it may have had a typo. (A gist of his statement; "I've signed it and sent it in. We'll have to wait and see what's returned")Round and round we go; blame the Navy or record keepers.

Kerry may have authorized release to his parents only.

Kerry has had a 39 year career in treachery and obfuscation. He's well practiced in his trade! Kerry will never sue Corsi and the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth. His records would be vulnerable in disclosure.

All that we'll see is the stuff he had previously released on his website. But that paltry offering will have been sanitized, omitting the discrepancies that set us off in 2004.

Does Kerry have a security clearance? Presidents, and Presidential candidates, don't need one (Exhibit A: clintoon), and Senators only do if they sit on a committee that requires access to classified documents. I'm not sure which committees Kerry is on, but my guess is that none of them require clearances.

My guess is that Kerry has avoided any committee that would require one.
