Ms. Mari Fernandez, I agree with you wholeheartedly but I'm certain you realize the futility of your plea to a government and its branches that is more concerned about the proper handling of a freaking Muslim holy book than a tortuous death by food and water deprivation under armed guard. Enough said for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for American citizens.
Every egomaniac like Judge Greer that is allowed to walk free just sets precedent for others to follow and become accepted in the mainstream of our society. The answer/punishment for this hideous act of murder under the color of law must be met with punishment in kind.

Has a 'wrongful death' lawsuit been filed by Terri's parents? Given the information that I have knowledge of at this time, I would not hesitate to find Greer, Felos, and Mr Schiavo guilty if I were chosen as a juror in that trial!
