Drudge: McCAIN URGING ACCORD ON BOLTON AND SECRET DOCUMENTS...
It is a difference without distinction in this case. Both are presidential nominees. The tactic worked against Estrada, which is why they are using it against Bolton. Until the last Congress, a filibuster was never used against a nominee for the appellate court for 214 years. Times and tactics have changed.
Oh, I get it. lol
They can be released with the names redacted.
These days, ya gotta have some humor!
Yes, I know that. But the Dems want those names. A redacted copy will NOT calm them down any. This whole anti-Bolton thing is pay back from the pro-CUBA/CASTRO crowd.
LOL!!!!
Today, Tony Snow said that ANYTHING and EVERYTHING that McCain touches gets SCREWED UP! LOL!

Ok...so mCain acted homorably as a POW....he hasn't acted honorably SINCE!
NEVER trust a Democrat with top secret info on our safety...NEVER.
And Negraponte ain't playing along...he knows what the Dems will do with those names.
Could be, that would explain everything.... or he could simply be an out-of-his mind egomaniac who would rather pander to the NY Times editorial board than treat his own party and constituents with respect.
I can't believe that after his (forgettable) speech at the last GOP convention, there were a bunch of FReepers yelling "McCain 2008" in large bold letters.
This guy is dangerous to the GOP, and anyone with a brain has known it since the 2000 primaries...
"This guy is dangerous to the GOP"
Definitely - I think the biggest danger is that his insatiable ego and cheerleading from the NY Times editorial board will carry him into a Ross Perot type of scenario. He'll never win the nomination as a R., so if he really wants to be a player in the presidential sweepstakes he may get tempted to do a Perot. He won't win that way either, but he could end up as the spoiler who allows Hillarity to win with 40% of the vote..... after all, the Stainmaster won with only 43% in 1992.
He suffers from Stockholm syndrome and identifies the democrats as his captors.
Let him run with this. I will bet a month's salary there is nothing incriminating there for McCain, Biden and Dodd to glom onto. At this point, McCain is grasping at straws and trying to bolster his career for the future.
Not as dangerous to this country if he were running as a third party candidate. He can run for President, but he's never going to become one, no matter party he's affliated with.
Never trust a Democrat....PERIOD.
