Yea a lot of wild animals look sweet..As pretty as it is it's stil a WILS animal and therefore VERY dangerous.

It's funny how this one still looks like a lovable, cuddly cat.
Well not all wild animals.
But, many are. One of the most famous examples is the panda. They look cute, but they would rip you to shreds and take your arm off if you got close.
