I have news for the distinguished Mullah ... it doesn't require a bomb blast killing nineteen people to trigger Sunni-Shite violence. A simple fart would do the job.
And then the crowd departed after sacrificing several of its members in a rite remeniscent of the days when they still openly worshipped Ba'al.

But wait. They aren't Americans who are doing the burning are they? I guess it's OK then. This whole story isn't about desecration of a Koran so much as it is about anti-Americanism, support to terrorists in the WOT, and anti-Bush propaganda is it? Never mind.
It doesn't matter - no matter what we do (or don't do) they will consistently find something to take issue with, and they will find sympathetic ears both abroad and in the USA.
Providing the Koran for them is ok, I suppose. Like I said they will cry foul because they have been trained to.
The real issue is, we would hope that as many outraged Muslims would take to the streets in protest to rail against the extremists who have hijacked their religion's name, right? Right? :-)
These fanatics have used their muslim religion as a usefull tool for their political purposes. When the harm done to their sacred Tora is exaggerated to get the maximum political benifit, this is a tactic that is easy to see for its deceit.
