I am sure the media will studiously point this out at each juncture, hitting Hillary with such hardball observations whenever she begins to assert that these right-wing accusations have already been dealt with and proven false, as surely as they pressure the judge to recuse himself.

That Rosen verdict is exactly why we should have taken the Constitutional Option and shoved it on the Dems. If it were Delay or anyone associated with him who got off from a GW appointed judge (even though it was a jury trial) it would be trumpeted as highly suspicious.
