To: Silver Bird Worker

This is crazy. I don't care if she isn't a citizen or not. Her son died serving this country and she deserves this recognition. If our miltary doesn't have a citizenship requirement, why does the Gold Star organization have one?

Agreed 100%. And to the person who changed the title, why? It was accurate, oh, maybe it didn't say what you wanted it to say, but it was entirely accurate. That boy died for this nation. That mother lost her son for this nation. Give her the star. Now.

Because, dear ignorant one, it is a private organization and in a free constitutional Republic what the government or you think is irrelevant.
