What the heck is that supposed to mean? Hey, at one point I myself was smacking Laz around about badmouthing the GOP. Now I find myself a registered member of the Constitution Party.
He means that Republicans are gutless cowards when it comes time to actually use the power given them. (ie: the Filibuster.)
