Rest of the story: Two children sitting in the back seat of a car on a long trip. One child in touching the other child. and the second child says to his mother "he's touching me" and mother tells the first child to quite touching his brother. Which he does, but now he almost touches his brother and the second child says "HE NOT TOUCHING ME"!!
