They should have sent somebody with a scoped rifle to shoot him off that crane within the first hour of the unseemly spectacle, hours ago. Alternatively, a special fire engine with extra powerful pump, to flush him down with a strong jet of soapy water.
I agree. Blow him off that crane and reopen the roads. His worthless behind is hurting business and costing the taxpayers a bundle.
I agree,although dont understand why they just couldnt lower the crane.
