Dont know about SeaWeed soup, but their FishHead soup will put hair on your chest.....!

Better make sure you're not HYPER thyroid! That would push you over the top! Being HYPER thyroid I already produce MORE iodine than I need.

Better make sure you're not HYPER thyroid! That would push you over the top! Being HYPER thyroid I already produce MORE iodine than I need.

Having said that it WOULD be good for those who are HYPO thyroid.

Seaweed has been a regular part of the diet at the Goldwater household here for years. The mineral/electrolyte content of this vegetable is amazing. Powdered, it is a great salt substitute.
