Wheeling City Solicitor Rosemary Humway-Warmuth and Ohio County Prosecutor Scott Smith said masks as well as dark window tinting in vehicles can pose a safety hazard to law enforcement officers and hinder efforts to identify criminal suspects....
Smith said wearing a mask or hood in public is a misdemeanor under state law, punishable by a fine of up to $500 or up to a year in jail, or both.
I hope he sues and gets a million dollars from the city and 10's of thousands of $ from pudwads Smith and Humway-Warmuth.
Attention "Public Servants"! The public does not exist, move and function at the behest or benefit of the government/public servants. Nor is permission required from the 'Public Servants' for the masters, the public, to function. YOU, Public Servants & Government DO, however, exist, move and function at the behest of the public and for it's benefit as we the public, excluding unreasonable whining from scaredy cats, determine what benefit ought to be.
