What he and I don't understand is why there isn't any party discipline to keep the "10" in line.

The 10 RINO's like to be on the side of the MSM. That leaves us 45 fairly good conservatives. It's hard to keep the RINO's in line when we conservatives are a minority of 45 out of a hundred. It can't be more simple than that.

If we conservatives want power in the senate -- we need to elect more conservative senators. We need to have a majority of Conservatives.

Walking away for a while until improvements are made seems appropriate.

You might think that's appropriate. I'll continue to work for more conservative senators.

How did Specter win his primary fight? Did he dazzle the electorate with his handling of his conservative opponent or or did he get party heavyweights to beg the electorate to support him?

The people of Pennsylvania voted for Specter. I believe they are responsible for Specter. Ya know, at one time self responsibility was considered a Conservative principle.

There is no party discipline because the leadership doesn't enforce it. By the way, we have a majority in the senate, most of them sold as conservatives. Don't seem that way though does?

Walking away will wake up the leadership. This doesn't mean we don't support conservatives where appropriate. It does mean we go with the man not the party.

The people of Pennsylvania were duped by the Republican leadership. They gave Bush and Santorum the benfit of the doubt. That is how Specter got his seat. Heck I trusted them and where are we? So who did you work for? Who do you trust? Do you even know?
