I find this refrain, common on this thread and elsewhere on FR interesting.
We have 48 rock solid conservative GOP senators, but it only takes the action of 7 out of the total of 55 for numerous posters to make the same comment.
Either there's an agenda thing going on here, or some people really need to rethink their positions.
Yes, we have some RINOs. That's not news. But we're expanding our majority in every election, even sending Tom Daschle to the shower room. Cutting off funding to the RNC is rewarding the RINOs by giving us Democrats in charge.
Baffling.
The fact that we're losing some battles doesn't mean we're losing the war, yet statements like you made, if followed through, will ensure it.
We have the momentum, despite temporary setbacks.
It is disheartening to listen to these "fair weather" conservatives and "one trick ponies". They come and they go, but the people who understand the horror if the Rats getting back into the majority will find ways to work for and fund conservative Republicans.
I was on a thread last night saying that Bush was the worst President ever.....good grief. I left them to grumble amoung themselves.
