Good morning, fellow political junkies. Senate gets an early start today, ETA 8:30 am. Reid asked for it yesterday, Frist said No Problem, that surgeons start working at the crack of dawn. Hmmm?..Could the good doctor want to "operate" on some Dems today? Debate on Bolton will continue today..they've finished drying the carpet under Voinovich's desk. GOP filed cloture motion yesterday, the vote will be about 6PM tonite. Will the Dems filabuster? Lots of talk that many in the Dem caucus want this to go away, they are NOT happy with Biden and Dodd dragging this out. If the Dems concur, we could get a confirmation vote tonite.
Amazon sells used QueerOnzzz , buy 'em by the case , pullENTY of A$$ wipes
I had the TV on Mute---what the heck was Dingy Harry talking about---?
sheets has accomplished 68 years of marriage just by refusing to lay down for the dirtnap for which he is overdue.
My youngest son is in 8th grade. "That is so gay" is our "Gross"
Sometimes to freak him out I will say "That is so queer" in the sense of the original meaning of the word queer. "Mom, stop it. That is so gay"
Kids are funny sometimes.
We have elected senators for this kind of stuff?
I gotta go , I'll listen to Sean on the RADio
Sean has a Marine on
I thought, for a second, we would get to hear Elton John's "Crocodile Rock"
Kerry and Dodd (or was it Biden?) have said it was not a filibuster before it was a filibuster.
That's above my pay grade but it sounds like a really good idea!
LOL! "I remember when Sheets was young..."
We can only hope that it's over for now!
Col. NOrth?
Yeah, I think they're going to be the monority at least thru 06 's electio.
Doc Nukem!
WE WILL VOTE IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES...SENATOR FRIST.
Right two separate votes. It's that cloture vote that's tricky here.
nope, Man on the Street, Sean refused to make a Marine look stoopit
Frist is up. Vote in 15 min.
They need to read some Edger Allen Poe to byrd.
