What's that reference? "I came here to chew gum and kick ass, and I'm all out of chewing gum." Help me out here.

What's that reference? "I came here to chew gum and kick ass, and I'm all out of chewing gum." Help me out here.I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass. And I'm all out of bubblegum.
Roddy Piper as Nada in John Carpenter's They Live (1988).
I love that flick...

What's that reference? "I came here to chew gum and kick ass, and I'm all out of chewing gum." Help me out here. You hit the nail on the head, Mike. But there is, uh, a rather raunchy street way of saying the same thing.
You know, the one where the man says all he has is hard whatever and bubblegum, just chewed his last stick, see where he's coming from?
Now let that marinate...

Ah!
They Live! The fight scene in the alley is classic.
I was drawing a blank on the quote, except for the idea that it might have been Snake Plisskin in Escape from New York, (another John Carpenter flick).

We sure hope so. We're all wondering why they announced the raid up ahead of time. I hope they've manned all the roads out of the city and set up lots of checkpoints before they made the announcement.
Otherwise, there's going to be a lot of scum scurrying off to Mosul or Fallujah or somewhere.

Maybe they
want them out. At least Baghdad would be safer.
Let 'em scurry and then lock 'em out!

Makes me wonder why they chose that particular handle. Probably coincidence.
When someone registers as Draksheare will can probably assume it was deliberate.

Kewl.
There was one fantasy computer game that I played, where you were tasked with constructing a village while simultaneously defending it from naval and land-based assaults.
I think the concept was that as you finished one stage of completion the medieval village would progressively develop, until you advanced all the way to the period of the Late Renaissance.
To be honest, I don't have the opportunity to play many simulation games, and the only console video games that I see are usually at my sister's house, when I'm playing with my young nephew or niece.

Someone already tried to register as "Darkshear"
