In other shocking news: Skunks found to have unpleasant odor and, contrary to popular belief, some snakes are indeed poisonous!

Yeah, I'd like to see him in Nick Berg's shoes.

Scared would be an understatement.

Chris Rock is a very funny comedienne and I have found some of his bits to be dead-on accurate.

His comedy also is derogatory of african-americans, too.  Some people like it, some hate it.  It's the price you pay when you do topical un-PC comedy.

Hmmmmm.... a remake of THE LONGEST YARD with Adam Sandler in the Burt Reynolds role. Say what you will about Reynolds as an actor, but he was certainly very believable as a football player. Adam Sandler? C'mon! I was gonna give this one a miss anyway.

I ain't boycotting anyone. So he has a stupid mouth. Big deal. These antics do nothing but make his bottom line larger.

And he'll laugh all the way to the bank.

Didn't he also say he's afraid of blacks in one of his stand-up routines?

When you wrote,

"Cracker: A derogatory term used to typically describe poor southern whites, sometimes used to refer to white slave masters or overseers"

That is pretty close, but not quite right. It has nothing to do with economic status.

A "Cracker" is what the slaves use to call the white guys that whipped them during the Slave days. The whip "cracks" every time it is used. Therefore, anyone who would use the whip on the slaves was called a cracker. A cracker was feared as you can imagine why.

I use to think it was kind of a funny name before I truly understood the meaning. However, now it kind of gives me the creeps.

I'll skip the Longest Yard anyway.

The original one is a classic, but Adam Sandler as Paul Crewe? And where's Eddie Albert and Ray Nitchke(sp). They were great villans.

I think the producers "broke their @#^@# necks".

Chris Rock has one view of the world = Black Vs. White.

If he wasn't turning comedy tricks he'd be working at a Churches Chicken.

Screw Chris Rock.
