So, they categorize people based on skin color and distribute resources according to that. Sounds like the WVA is just as racist as the NAACP, or the Rainbow Coalition, or the Congressional Black Caucus, or any other "minority rights group".

To pretend there is any other distinction is biologically arbitrary (and fake).



If you doubt this, then look up the scientific definition of biological race and see for yourself.
