Doh! I roasted that leg of lamb.
On occasion (read: payday) we sometimes buy a boneless leg o lamb and stuff some garlic, celery and carrot inside, coat in olive oil, tie a string around it and throw it on a nasa hot grill until it quits moving.
Usually, there is about half leftover... and that with a few potatoes and sweet onions becomes crockpot lamb stew with homemade french bread the next day. I grew up on a farm, and lamb stew was always as much a treat as fall venison. Oh yah.
