Sen. Lugar is the strong pusher of LOST these days. This doesn't surprise me at all. Rhodes scholars, as a class, tend to be a little "iffy" when it comes to US sovereignty.
Perhaps they're infected with some sort of elite globalist world view as they matriculate across the pond.
