He banned abortion after 12 weeks, set 20% of Russian land for sale, reformed the courts to judge and jury, put down a flat 13% income tax rate, cut out the sales tax, cut down the VAT by 1/2 and the Payroll by 1/3rd. Put the corp rate at 24% (14% for IT/tech), and established Christian educational curriculams in the School system and the military. I know, a rather leftist individual if there ever was one. /sarcasm
