I don't KNOW and I'm really ticked about it myself, hence the bold font in that or a prior post. Bush should be using the bully pulpit and campaigning state-to-state nonstop, rallies, kicking BUTT out there.
I mostly *do* agree with you and the original post on the thread! But Bush has done a great job in SOME areas, that was the point I didn't make very well earlier on. But he is far too low-key.
Thanks for not responding in kind and jumping with both feet. After I posted I saw a few other comments and realized that we really weren't at odds.
You are right that Bush has done some good things, but his negatives really outweight them for me.
The border, CFR, PATRIOT Act(s), prescription drug plan, etc will do more to destroy the Republic than the good that he has done will preserve it.
