How many people are tired of all these polls that show Americans agreeing with the Democrat side until the Republicans win, and then all of a sudden the polls show that the American people sided with the Republicans all along?

I am tired of polls period. They are nothing but an attempt to control politicians (which they often succeed in doing). We hold periodic elections to choose people for office in order to make decisions for us, and they should be able to do so without undue influence from the media. If elections themselves are not enough to provide the people with sufficient power, then I am in favor of the use of plebiscites to decide major issues. For instance, the social security solution should be put to referendum to decide the type of reform used. This would be a much more fair arrangment than leaving it in the hands of a cowardly Congress.
